Hi, I am Saleema Curtis, Holistic Health and Wellness Practitioner. For over 45 years I’ve helped women transform their lives by working through the process of achieving inner peace, good health and joyful living, each accomplished through the use of self introspection.
Self introspection or looking inward guides you through the process of achieving a deeper understanding of self. Thus, you begin to feel better and look healthier as you consciously set your intention on making healthier choices. Yes, It’s important to acquire information, and receive support, yet at the end of the day, when it comes to making healthier choices its up to you. You are the choice maker, health or dis-ease.

I am hopeful that you make a conscious decision to pursue and commit to the joyful process of manifesting the healthy desires of your heart. The power is within you. Choose Health.

Saleema’s Transformational Coaching Approach

Saleema works with women 35+ in age. Her step by step approach focuses on improving gut health because the human gut has a huge impact on whole-body health.  Saleema’s transformational coaching is for women who want the experience of feeling fully confident living in her body. Saleema believes in the saying “a healthy lifestyle looks different on every body”.

Ask yourself, what is it I really want? How do you feel about your body? What do you think about your body? Which statement below would you like most to experience?

  • Easily slip into a dress 2 sizes smaller

  • A good night’s sleep

  • A healthier emotional relationship with self and others

  • Waking up feeling energized

  • Change your negative self-talk

  • Walking up a pair of steps without feeling out of breath

  • Getting up from your seat at a social affair and dancing the night away

  • Traveling without pain

  • Healthier meal planning

  • You believe this is the right moment for you to take full responsibility for your health

  • You know without a doubt that the time has come for you to move forward toward wellness

  • You feel that this is the exact moment in time to make health and wellness a priority

  • You are willing to do the work

  • If you are ready to change your life from illness to wellness

 What I do?

I work closely with the hard working family woman who dedicates most of her time to her outside work and her family, thus taking little to no time for herself.  Consequently no time for herself leaves her feeling, stressed, and overwhelmed, and as a result she’s experiencing digestion problems, namely, frequent bloated belly and gas.  She wants to get rid of the embarrassing bloated gassy feeling, the excess fat around her mid section, and she wants to begin to take better care of herself. She knows she needs help yet she’s not sure of where or how to begin.  As her holistic health coach, I walk side by side with her and together we explore, discover, and create a successful working plan with proven strategies, tailored for her journey, without compromising the quality of your outside work or time given to her family, whom she so loves.
