Welcome to the space where the Spirit of Health and Wellness lives.  I greet you in the Spirit of kindness.  Because, being kind to yourself in every aspect of life is the ultimate gift you can give yourself.  You are on a journey of well-being and it is one that is constantly unfolding.  Which means, to be well you must work at your physical and emotional health issues, and be willing to share your health story, as so, you will begin to experience the true value in self-care.  Holistic Health coaching is the empowering and supportive link to guide you through the self-caring process.  You and I work together as a team for the sole purpose of your living the beautiful life you imaged for yourself.  As your holistic health coach, I listen, propose, advise, support, encourage, engage, challenge, hold accountable, make recommendations and walk with you on your transformational wellness journey. You are encouraged and able to tap into your authentic resourcefulness. and to create and maintain a healthier, meaningful, more satisfying life.  Here’s to your health!

Saleema Curtis’ Holistic Health Coaching Approach

Saleema works with women 35+ in age. Saleema’s step by step approach focuses on improving gut health, because the "human gut has a huge impact on whole-body health. A healthy gut contributes to a strong immune system, heart health, brain health, improved mood, healthy sleep, and effective digestion.  Her coaching approach also includes enhancing your confidence level, as so, you begin to feel more sure of yourself, and your ability to create healthier habits and maintain a healthier lifestyle for the rest of your life. You discover where you may be stuck emotionally, and how it’s linked to choosing unhealthy eating and unhealthy thinking patterns. Saleema’s holistic coaching is for women who want the experience of feeling fully confident living in her body. Saleema believes in the saying “a healthy lifestyle looks different on every body”.
