Spinach Mango Smoothie

1 cup of coconut, hemp or oat milk (add ice if

prefer thinner consistency)

2 large size kiwis

3 cups (handful) fresh spinach

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, sweeten to taste)

1 tsp vanilla flavoring

1 tsp fresh diced or pressed ginger

Top with fresh grated cinnamon
