Super Food - Spirulina Smoothie

1 cup of almond, coconut or oat milk

1 cup of frozen mixed berries

1 fresh or frozen banana

2 teaspoons of spirulina

1 tsp vanilla flavoring

a little honey, male syrup (optional)

1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Blend ingredients together in the blender until smooth
