2 cups fresh kale
1 cup distilled cold water
1 cup cranberries (frozen organic)
1 cup frozen organic strawberries 🍓

1 orange
2 bananas
Blend kale & water until smooth, add remaining fruits &

2 cups Spinach
1 cup of almond milk
1/8 to 1/4 of peanut butter (depends on your taste)

1 cup mixed berries
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
